The sculptures were created by Ludwig Strictius. The name "Badlhof" comes from the owner (around 1900) Jacob Badl. The location in the immediate vicinity of Stephansplatz guarantees first-class connections to the public subway network and all shopping facilities in the city center. Trendy bars and restaurants are in the neighborhood, and two restaurants are available in the building itself.
In addition to the floor plans, including submission to the building authorities, the entire renovation of the apartments was carried out under the management and supervision of ÖRAG.
Incidentally, the street is named after Duke Heinrich II Jasomirgott, Margrave and Duke of Austria, the founder of St. Stephen's Church and the Schottenkloster monastery.
