As part of the façade renovation, the old metal windows were replaced with plastic windows including external roller shutters and a 16 cm thick thermal insulation composite system was installed along with a new color scheme. In addition to the visual improvement, the main reason for replacing the old metal windows and installing external insulation was the desire to improve the thermal insulation.
ÖRAG was responsible for the official submission, tendering and execution of the work as well as the application for funding from the state of Lower Austria. The property is located directly next to the "Hennersdorf" expressway and station and is therefore easily accessible without a car.
